The Gesha Village is currently very well known as a result of the production some of the best cup profiles in the world. The 471 hectare coffee farm it’s a place of stunning natural beauty too. In addition, from a high extending plateau one can take in the expanse of the ancient, sprawling forest. As a result people grow the Gesha 1931 variety too.
This is a selection made from the diverse forest population that closely resembles the Panamanian Geisha. Was made also by looking at the plant morphology, bean shape and size, as well as its cup profile.
Above all, it displays the beautifully balanced and ripe fruit with much more elegance than other lots. After that, you will expect stunning floral aromatics, with notes of mandarin, and citrus fruits. A very clean and sweet cup too.
