Indonesia – Bali Natural Microlot
Bali is a tiny island– actually, a submerged volcano peak – just off the east coast of Java, with many small coffee farms. These beans has a very unique taste that differentiate it from any other beans in the same area. Closer to a natural Ethiopian than other Indonesian coffee. To address water scarcity, the farmers began naturally-processing their coffee and the result was nothing short of spectacular. Grown in the shade among Tangerine and orange trees, this Indonesia – Bali Natural Microlot is 100% sun dried on raised beds and boasts more fruity and sweet notes than other naturals.
A very fruity and complex coffee. A memorable one brewed as a pour over via the V60 or as SO espresso you remember.
