Finca El Paraiso is a family-run business. Since 2015, Finca El Paraíso has started to distinguish and position itself as a specialty coffee producer. As a producer and a family business dedicated to the cultivation, processing, production, and marketing of high-quality coffee through participation in various regional and national competitions. This Finca El Paraíso Anaerobic is an incredibly juicy and complex coffee. The fermentation process produced outstanding notes of ripe plum, rose, berry jam, lactic acidity, with a candy like sweetness.
Its experimental thermal shock process, using cold and hot water, ensures that the beans’ unique flavors and aromas are best absorbed. We love this Finca El Paraiso brewed as a pour over, via the V60 for example, to highlight its soft bodied cup with light citric acidity and round finish. Balanced as an SO espresso as well !

SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) scores coffee in a process called cupping in ten different areas in order to reach a coffee score (Specialty Coffee Scoring). The summation gives the overall score of the coffee.
